Marinate your chicken breast using salt, pepper, ginger & garlic paste and keep aside for around 45 minutes.
Take a saucepan, add in butter when it starts melting add in flour and stir it continuously using wire whisk (egg beater) around 1-minute.
Add in Milk and Continue stirring it, don't stop whisking else you might end up getting lumps in sauce . Add fresh cream/cooking cream and seasoning(salt, pepper,Herbs) keep it aside.
Take a pan, in olive oil/butter, marinated chicken, chillies, water (optional knorr seasoning) and let it cook it until chicken is tender. Once chicken is cooled, shred it and keep aside.
Boil pasta as per instruction mentioned on the pack.
Usually people like white sauce pasta only with chicken, but sometimes it's great to add optional vegetables in your pasta to make it healthy and nutritious and make it ease to feed your toddlers/children who face more trouble in feeding just vegetables these days along with me.:D Pastas are all time children n adults favorite. You can skip this below ingredients of veggies if you don't like veggies.
Take the same pan in which chicken was cooked, add in olive oil/butter, crushed garlic and saute veggies for 4 minutes..Don't overcook it... as i like to keep my veggies to remain crunchy in my pasta. Turn off the flame and add cooked chicken.
Time to mix everything..take a large pot add in boiled pasta, chicken and veggies if you are adding, prepared white creamy sauce ,and mozzarella cheese give a nice toss and serve it to loved ones adding more cheese (Parmesan, mozzarella),fresh/dried parsley and paprika. The last picture of pasta is without veggies. Prepared last weekend and it was super hit and loved by all the guest.
Notes
Note: If your pasta sauce is too thick than you can add little milk or cream to make a runny paste.
